We tend to complicate weight loss with an ‘all-or-nothing’ mindset. We adhere to strict diets, kill ourselves with workouts, and avoid anything that tastes good at all. It works for a bit, but we can’t enjoy the rest of our lives like that!
I’ve put together three easy things you can do to start feeling better immediately. You’ll start to feel lighter, then begin to see the pounds go too.
The best part about it, and my goal in creating this, is for you to see how these three simple things can change your mindset on weight loss. We need to change the way our brain thinks about food intake, exercise, and our overall health!
